Breitling Ref. 807 - Question
Question?…..Not a collector but I did purchase Breitling Super Ocean (Ref, 807) in 1965. In 1985 I sent the 807 to Breitling (SUI) for general service and indicated that I would like to purchase a second steel band. Breitling advise the steel band was no longer available but when the 807 was returned I was surprise they included the items you see in the photo below. Question: Is the second crystal - with hands and “screws” applicable to the 807 or sent by mistake? I am preparing to submit the 807 for auction and would like to know just what I am offering. The 807 had been in storage 30 years and I was unaware of the possible demand until last month after searching the web. Appreciate any information on the crystals, et al. Thanks
